Immac-Air is a proudly Australian-owned and independently operated business, established in 2018 by Company Director John Louloudias, who brings over 15 years of experience delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 commercial HVAC projects. Operating under an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), we are equipped to meet the workforce, compliance, and site requirements of major projects across the commercial sector.

OUR TEAM
Immac-Air currently employs 19 insured and logical installers across Sydney along with 5 fully equipped vehicles should our services be required instantaneously.We also own multiple diverse lifting equipment and a range of EWP.
The company maintains a balanced 50:50 tradesperson to apprentice/trainee ratio, ensuring consistent supervision, quality assurance, and the development of future industry talent, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

ACCREDITATIONS
All Immac-Air personnel are trained and competent in the installation of ductwork in accordance with the BCA/NCC, relevant Australian Standards, and Immac-Air’s approved Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). Our systems and procedures have been reviewed, acknowledged, and accepted on multiple large-scale commercial and government projects.
